Tell us about your project.
Share your postcode, the products you are considering and photographs or drawings. Approximate sizes help us understand the scope; you do not need to know every detail to start.

Work through the options.
We discuss styles, opening arrangements, glass, finishes and hardware. We also identify access needs and any additional work that may affect the job.

Confirm the survey & quotation.
Final measurements, the chosen specification, work included, price and arrangements are set out in the order documents. Ask us about anything you would like clarified before you agree.

Manufacture & plan the installation.
Your uPVC windows are made to the agreed specification. We coordinate the product order and installation arrangements, with timing confirmed for your project.

Fit, check & hand over.
Installation includes attention to operation and the finishing details agreed for the job. We explain the handover information and who to contact for help afterwards.
Prepare for installation.
Before the agreed installation date, discuss access, parking, working areas and how furnishings or belongings near the openings should be protected or moved. Tell us about pets, children or any household needs that may affect the arrangements.
